Some might say it’s a bit boring, but it’s the honest truth and that’s the number one thing in terms of the way we see things.”

“Right now, consumers are bombarded with different types of messages and data flows. It’s amazing the amount of data that can come at you on a daily basis and it can be overwhelming. Therefore banking, being in many different ways the service that people don’t want to deal with, has got to become embedded and has got to become contextualised.”
