About Neil Chandler

Neil Chandler is CEO of Aion Bank, a digital bank and leader of BaaS provision in Europe. Prior to that Neil supported a PE backed European financial services business, was the CEO of Vanquis Bank and the CEO of Shop Direct Financial Services with group responsibility for all of Shop Direct’s technology plus legal services. Neil Chandler’s earlier roles included CEO of Sainsbury’s Bank, CEO of personal loans for HBoS, COO for credit cards for HBoS and CTO for Royal and Sun Alliance. Neil graduated in Electronic Engineering and started his early career as a coder and technical architect for Accenture.
