I am a strategic financial executive with experience across several sectors of the financial services, healthcare, and Fintech industries for companies that ranged from large, highly complex, to small and entrepreneurial, often during transition or transformation. In key leadership roles, I have effectively managed large corporate transactions and crisis situations, including M&A, pre-IPO and corporate restructurings. As CFO of OnDeck, I directed all financial activity as the company navigated several ‘firsts:’ an acquisition, AAA-rating on its securitization, SOX 404 audit, interest rate hedge, share repurchase program and the launch of an equipment finance product. We also completed over 15 capital markets transactions representing over $1.6 billion, successfully navigated the liquidity challenges brought on by COVID-19 and ran a strategic process that resulted in the sale of the company at a significant premium to market value.
